Alarms Lists and the Alarm Banner display alarm information in a series of columns (see Use the Alarm Columns Window to Change the Alarms List or Alarm Banner Columns).
If required, you can adjust the order or widths of these columns (see Change the Order of Columns on an Alarms List or the Alarm Banner Directly, and see Change the Size of Columns on an Alarms List or the Alarm Banner Directly).
