Diagnose a Server

The Diagnose button is available in the System Status window when you select a server is in the Configuration Problem Details state.

When you select the server and select the Diagnose button the Problem Diagnosis window is displayed:

If a server has a configuration problem the details surrounding that problem are reported. The Problem Diagnosis dialog displays the diagnosis and possible resolution option to the user.

Example:

The illustrations below show the components filled out for the 'Blank Database' and 'Database File Errors' configuration problems.

Option buttons relating to the solution are provided.

NOTE: When there is no Specific Detail Information text to display, the text box is not shown.
