The Alarm Response state is indicated by a light green background color, by default.
The color is used on the Alarms List and the Alarm Banner to indicate that a response exists for an alarm. A response indicates that a user is aware of an alarm situation, but has chosen not to acknowledge the alarm. For more information, see Respond to an Alarm in the ClearSCADA Guide to Alarms.
