Notification Bar
A Notification Bar is displayed at the top of a document window if ClearSCADA detects a problem that affects the normal operation of that database item. For example, if a user displays a Mimic in Run mode, but the script engine detects a problem with the Mimic script that is running in the background.
When a notification bar is displayed, you can:
- Select the Details arrow to view further information about the detected problem
- Select the Edit button and correct the item's configuration (if your User Account provides the necessary permissions and access)
- Select the Ignore button to close the navigation bar. You can continue to interact with the rest of the display without the navigation bar on show (while being aware that the detected problem is likely to impact on the item's functionality). While the problem persists, you can redisplay the navigation bar by closing and then reopening the window.
- Leave the notification bar on show while you continue to interact with the rest of the display (and with the understanding that the detected problem is likely to impact on the item's functionality).
