Use the Flash check box on the Color tab of the Custom Color Form to specify whether the custom color is to be static or flashing:
Select the Flash check box for the custom color to flash on any displays on which it is used.
Ensure that the Flash check box is clear for the custom color to be static on any displays on which it is used.
