System Color Priorities

Each system color is assigned a level of importance, depending on the state that it represents. ClearSCADA uses the hierarchy to ascertain the color that it assigns to each database item.

Use the charts in this section to ascertain which core system colors take priority when an item is in a particular state. If more than one state applies simultaneously, the higher-priority color takes precedence until that state no longer applies. Be aware that in some cases, a driver-specific state and associated color may take priority over a core state—see the relevant driver guide for information on any driver-specific colors that may apply.

For more information about each core system color and the state it represents, see List of Core System Colors.

The charts in the rest of this section display the default system colors—you can change any of these colors using The Color Palette Window.
