Many counter-type points support initialization, whereby an operator can initialize the point back to a particular value by using the Initialize or Enable / Disable pick action.
The Confirm Initialize (Confirm Disable/Enable) combo box is displayed on the Point Form for counter-type points that support Initialization. (On some drivers, the name of this combo-box varies—see the driver-specific documentation for details.)
Use the Confirm Initialize combo box to define whether a confirmation dialog box is displayed whenever an operator requests that a point is initialized (see Requesting Confirmation of Action Requests in the ClearSCADA Guide to Core Configuration).
