Defining Time Point Details
Use a Time Point within the ClearSCADA database to represent an internal point, or to retrieve or set the value of a property on another device or application, when that property has a date/time value.
Configure each time point on your system by using the fields on the Time Point Form. The Form has several tabs, which you use to define different aspects of point configuration. This section explains how to configure point properties that are common to many time points. You configure most of these properties on the Time Point, and Control tabs of the Time Point Form.
