Activating a Report Action Automatically

You can generate, print, or export a report manually using the relevant pick action (see Using Actions Associated with Crystal Reports).

To generate, print, or export a report automatically, you can:

• Use a Schedule to Trigger a Report on a Regular Basis
• Use an Alarm Redirection to Trigger a Report under Particular Conditions.
