Export the Report in Adobe Acrobat Format

If ClearSCADA is to export a report to Adobe Acrobat format, use the Format field on the Export Format tab to specify the Adobe Acrobat format.

When the Format is set to Adobe Acrobat, the tab displays these fields:

Create Bookmarks from Group Tree—Select this check box if the report contains groups and the PDF is to contain bookmarks that are generated from those groups. For information on using groups in reports, see Group the Data in a Report.
Clear the check box (the default) if the PDF is not to contain bookmarks that are generated from group names.

When you export a report in Adobe Acrobat format, a printable PDF file is generated. The file can be viewed using Adobe® Reader®.

NOTE: This option does not affect the format of a report that is displayed on a WebX client or Original WebX client (see Specify Whether a Report is to be Made Available for Display in Original WebX).
