Clock Errors

Associated with: DNP3 master outstations

This status attribute indicates whether either of the following has occurred:

• ClearSCADA has read the outstation’s time and found it to differ from the server’s time by more than the specified Maximum Acceptable Drift. (This only applies to outstations on which the Check Clock Drift feature is enabled and supported—see Define Whether ClearSCADA Updates the Outstation Clock.)
• The ClearSCADA server has failed in its attempt to set the outstation’s clock (due, for example, to communications failure or a protocol error).

Possible States: Displays one of the Standard Alarm States.

(On an outstation on which ClearSCADA does NOT set the clock, the Clock Errors status attribute is ‘Enabled Inactive’, indicating no clock errors.)
