Define Whether the Slave Outstation Logs Authentication and Key Change Information

The Slave outstation (ClearSCADA) can log information about both successful and unsuccessful authentications and Session Key Changes. (To help protect against ‘denial of service’ attacks, the Slave outstation (ClearSCADA) will transmit only a limited number of error messages before ceasing to send such messages (see Specify the Maximum Error Count).)

Use the field(s) within the Alarm/Event Logging section of the DNP3 Slave Outstation Form’s Security tab to define the priority that ClearSCADA assigns to the authentication and key change information that it logs for this Slave outstation.
