This section is designed to be used by system administrators and high-level engineers when assessing the state of the ClearSCADA system. It provides information on the statistical and diagnostic information that is available and applies specifically to the DNP3 driver. For more general information on analyzing a ClearSCADA system, see System Analysis in the ClearSCADA Guide to the Server Status Tool.
During system analysis, you might need to:
- Adjust the Configuration of any DNP3 Points that Cause a High Load
- Use Driver Logging Options that are Specific to the DNP3 Driver.
Additionally, if an outstation is not communicating with the server when it should be, see Troubleshooting in the ClearSCADA Guide to Advanced Drivers.
NOTE: When troubleshooting on a ClearSCADA system, look for error messages on the Events List. The messages may help to identify the cause of any unexpected system behavior.
