Trend Inhibit Alarm

Associated with: DNP3 SCADAPack Analog, Binary, and Counter points

The Trend Inhibit Alarm status attribute is associated with ClearSCADA’s attempts to download the configuration that causes the outstation to start or stop sampling the point’s data. ClearSCADA attempts to download such configuration whenever the Enable All Trends or Disable All Trends pick action is triggered. The Trend Inhibit Alarm status attribute indicates whether ClearSCADA’s last attempt to download the configuration was unsuccessful.

Such a download would not succeed, for example, if communications were lost during the download, or an attempt was made to enable or disable DNP3 SCADAPack Trend sampling on a point for which such configuration did not yet exist in the outstation.

Possible states: Displays one of the Standard Alarm States.
