ASDU Base Type
Associated with: IEC 60870-5 points.
The ASDU Base Type status attribute indicates the type of ASDU last returned by the outstation for the point. The status attribute displays one of the following values:
Value | Description |
---|---|
Unknown | The outstation has not returned any ASDUfor the point's IOA. |
Single Point (ASDU Type 1) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 1, 2 or 30. |
Double Point (ASDU Type 3) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 3, 4 or 31. |
Step Position (ASDU Type 5) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 5, 6 or 32. |
Bit String (ASDU Type 7) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 7, 8 or 33. |
Measured Value Normalized (ASDU Type 9) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 9, 10 or 34. |
Measured Value Scaled (ASDU Type 11) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 11, 12 or 35. |
Measured Value Floating Point (ASDU Type 13) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 13, 14 or 36. |
Integrated Total (ASDU Type 15) | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of type 15, 16 or 37. |
Unsupported | The last ASDU returned by the outstation for the point's IOA was of a type unsupported by the ClearSCADA driver. |
