A Promotion window allows outstations that have been promoted to be scanned at a more frequent rate (see Temporarily Increasing the Scan Rate in the ClearSCADA Guide to Advanced Drivers). Define the rate at which Promoted outstations are scanned (Promoted Scan time), and the duration of a Promotion scan window (Maximum Promoted Scan time) using fields on the relevant Channel Form(s) (see Define the Permitted Scan Durations).
