Specify the Master Station Address

Use the Address field on the Kingfisher tab to specify the master station address that ClearSCADA uses when it communicates with the Kingfisher outstations in a set. The address has to be different to those addresses that are used by:

In the Kingfisher protocol, this address is known as the INIT address. You can use the INIT address to determine whether the Kingfisher driver transmits messages directly or indirectly to outstations in the set (see Specify Whether the Driver is to Communicate Directly Via a Specific RTU Address).
