If you select the Add Filter window or Edit Filter window’s Specific Time or Specific Times option, specify the time that you require by over-typing the displayed entry. Alternatively, use the Calendar window to specify the date, and then overtype the time element (see Specifying the Required Entry in a Date and Time Field in the ClearSCADA Guide to Core Configuration).
