Specify the Background Color used in Lists

This section applies to General Lists—for information on the background colors of Alarms, see The Background Color used on Alarms Lists and the Alarm Banner in the ClearSCADA Guide to Alarms.

Use the List Colors section on the Liststab of the Options window to specify the colors used in the background of Lists, except the Alarms List:


To change the Background color:

  1. Click on the Background color.
    A pop-up color window is displayed.
  2. Either:
    1. Select a color from the palette.

      Or:

    1. Select the ... option.
      The Color window is displayed.
    2. Use the Color window to define a color (see Using the Color Window in the ClearSCADA Guide to Core Configuration).
    3. Select OK to close the Color window.

A ViewX client with this List Colors configuration:

Will result in a display like this:


If you select the Ignore Object Color check box:

The background colors specified for the objects are ignored and overridden by the selected color:
