Numerical functions allow you to calculate values as absolute values, trigonometric values, natural exponential values, base 10 logarithms, natural logarithms, or square root values. You can also truncate a floating point value into an integer.
You should only use the Numerical functions if you have an understanding of the mathematical principles associated with each of the available functions (the functions are named after a mathematical principle).
