The Logic Tab
The Logic tab appears on the ViewX ribbon when the active window in the Document Display Area comprises a Logic Program.
The Logic tab contains the following command groups:
- Build
- Debug
- Breakpoints
- Library
- View.
The Build group includes commands that you use when you compile one of the following Logic programs:
- ST Program (see Compiling an ST Program or ST Library)
- Ladder Diagram (see Compiling a Ladder Diagram)
- Function Block Diagram (see Compiling a Function Block Diagram or Function Block Library)
- Sequential Function Chart (see Compiling a Sequential Function Chart).
The Debug and Breakpoints groups include commands that you use to:
- Debug an ST Program (see Debugging an ST Program)
- Debugging a Sequential Function Chart.
The Library group includes the Libraries command, which you use to reference an ST Library or Function Block Library (see ST and Function Block Libraries).
The View group includes the following commands:
- Variables—Displays the Variables window. See the following topics:
- Display Settings—Displays the Display Settings dialog (see Configure the Display Settings for Graphical Logic Programs).
- Update Interval—Allows you to change how often your ClearSCADA client PC requests updates for a Logic Program. See the following topics:
- Connection Values—Displays the current value for the connections on a Ladder Diagram and Function Block Diagram (see Viewing the Values on a Function Block Diagram and Viewing the Values on a Ladder Diagram).
