Before you can successfully configure an ODBC Query, you will need to have configured the ODBC Connection that specifies the application to which the Query relates (see Configuring an ODBC Connection).
You also need to be aware of the significance of the Query’s alarms and events in relation to the rest of your system—this will determine the severity that you allocate to each Query.
