Alarm Channel

Associated with: Pager Channels

The Alarm Channel status attribute indicates the health of a Pager Channel.

In normal conditions, ClearSCADA will detect that the Pager Channel is working correctly and has no alarms. In this situation, the Alarm Channel status shows Enabled Inactive (the channel has an alarm feature enabled so is being monitored by ClearSCADA, but has no active alarms).

If ClearSCADA detects a problem with the channel, such as a failure or disconnection, the Alarm Channel status will change to indicate that an alarm is raised.

Possible states: Displays one of the Standard Alarm States.

NOTE: Pager Channels do not have fleeting alarms.
