Every item in the ClearSCADA database has its own Status display (also referred to as a View window or View dialog). The Status display provides information about the status of the selected item.
The Status display for a Random Generator provides information about the present state of that item.
Use this section if you need information on the status of any Random Generator on your system.
Random Generators have various status attributes in common with Scanners. For information on any status attributes that are not listed below, see Status Attributes Associated with Scanners on Simple Drivers in the ClearSCADA Guide to Drivers.
The following status display attributes are specific to the Random Generator:
- Sine Wave Value
- Saw Tooth Value
- Walk Value
- Random Value
Each of these attributes provides the instantaneous value of the relevant output at the moment the Status Display is viewed.
