Time of Last Flow Configuration Change

This attribute indicates the date and time of the latest flow configuration parameters to be retrieved from the Gas Flow Computer. The updated configuration is time stamped at the Gas Flow Computer before being retrieved by ClearSCADA . The attribute is displayed once the server has retrieved Flow Run data from a RealFLO-enabled SCADAPack controller.
