This attribute indicates the status of the instantaneous Turbine Pulses Input Alarm. This alarm goes true when the Turbine Pulses Input drops below the Low Flow Pulse Limit, or when the pulses are not detected for a period of time longer than the Low Flow Detect Time. (Both of these parameters are defined on the Flow Calculation tab of the Flow Run Form—see AGA-7 Turbine Properties.)
