Application Functions and Properties

The Application script object has functions and properties that affect ViewX. They allow a script to perform various tasks in ViewX, including opening windows, logging on and off, changing a password, displaying the online help, exiting ViewX and returning the head number assigned to the Window Container on which the script is running.

The Application object is available to for use in both Mimic and Alarm Banner scripts, and it has the following functions and properties:
