There are no specific security permissions required to access this option. However, it is only available if there are database items currently under Exclusive Control within the Group or Group Instance you have selected.
The Display Objects Not Under Exclusive Control action allows you to view a list of the items in a Group or Group Instance that are not currently under Exclusive Control. For more information, see Displaying a List of Items Not Under Exclusive Control.
