You can use the Display Objects Not Under Exclusive Control action to display a list of the database items in a Group or Group Instance that are not currently under exclusive control.
To display a list of items not under the exclusive control of another user:
- Access the context sensitive menu of the item for which you want to take exclusive control (see Display the Object Menu in the ClearSCADA Guide to ViewX Clients and WebX Clients).
- Select theDisplay Objects Not Under Exclusive Control option.
A list is displayed. The list contains information about each database item that is in the selected Group or Group Instance and is not currently under the exclusive control of a user. The list shows the name of the item.
The list only includes those items for which your user account has the Read permission and that are not under exclusive control. There may be other database items in the Group or Group Instance that are not under exclusive control but are not shown in the list (due to your user account not having the Read permission for those items).
