If your server performance appears to be inadequate for your requirements:
- Check that you are running the latest version of the software. Schneider Electric is committed to the ongoing development of our products and we continuously seek to improve server performance. The latest version of the software may significantly improve your system performance.
- For the latest version of the software, please contact Schneider Electric.
- Test the Servers in a Multi-Server Architecture. You may discover that the Main server is transferring an excessive amount of data to the Standby servers. This can be solved by re-configuring the database so that less data is reported.
- You may also discover that the network connection between the servers is inadequate for the amount of data transfer required.
- Upgrade your hardware. If the latest software versions and reducing the amount of data being transferred does not improve performance to the required level, you will need to upgrade your server hardware. You may also need to upgrade your network.
