Troubleshooting Statically Assigned Ports

For statically assigned ports, ViewX, WebX and Original WebX clients can only display messages that relate to the TCP/IP network connection between the ClearSCADA servers and the remote computer. Any errors relating to TCP/IP connection failures will be displayed as event messages in the Events List and as alarms on alarm displays such as the Alarm Banner, Lists, and suitably configured Mimics.
