Example Configuration
This section includes several examples to demonstrate how TrendSpec can be used to allow users to view data in Trend form. The examples demonstrate how to:
- Use TrendSpec to Define an Ad Hoc Trend’s Colors
- Use TrendSpec to Define an Ad Hoc Trend’s Text Attributes
- Use TrendSpec to Define a Multiple Trace Ad Hoc Trend
- Use TrendSpec to Produce a Trace that has Multiple Data Sources
- Enable Users to Specify Which Traces to Include on an Ad Hoc Trend
- Use a ‘Standard’ Ad hoc Trend as the Basis for a ‘Custom’ TrendSpec Definition
- Use TrendSpec to Show/Hide Alarm Limits.
Remember that if scripting is to be used on a Mimic, you must first enable the scripting feature on that Mimic (see Enable the Scripting Feature on a Mimic in the ClearSCADA Guide to Scripting).
