You can modify any of the annotations that have already been inserted on a Trend. This is useful when additional information needs to be added to an annotation or there is a mistake in the annotation.
To modify an annotation:
- Right-click in the main display area on the Trend.
A context sensitive menu is displayed. - Select the Annotations option.
A further menu is displayed. -
Select the Modify option.
The Modify Annotation window is displayed.
- If there is more than one trace in the trend, use the Trace combo box to choose the trace that is associated with the annotation that you want to modify.
The top section of the Modify Annotation window shows a list of the annotations for the selected trace. - Select the annotation you wish to modify from the list.
The annotation contents are displayed in the lower section. - Make the changes to the annotation as required.
- Select the OK button to confirm the modifications and close the Modify Annotations window.
