Common Configuration for WITS Database Points
Some WITS-specific configuration settings are common to several types of WITS database point. For example, Persistence settings are available for analog, binary, integrator, and rate-of-change points.

NOTE: These common settings are applicable to more than one type of WITS database point, but not necessarily all types of WITS database point. For example, alarm limits are not applicable to binary points.
