If you want to use a vendor-supplied Configuration Application to configure most or all of the incremental configuration settings, you can use the following strategies:
- Full Configuration in Configuration Application, Load into Field Device, Upload to ClearSCADA
- Full Configuration in Configuration Application, Load into Field Device, Import into ClearSCADA
- Full Configuration in Configuration Application, Import into ClearSCADA, Download to Field Device
NOTE: Your Field Device may have integrated configuration features or other configuration tools that you can use instead of the Configuration Application.
