Health Check Status

Associated with: WITS Outstations.

 

WITS Field Devices can send health check status information to ClearSCADA for the following attributes:

• Battery Voltage
• I/O
• Local Configuration
• Local Device
• Log Files
• Point Alarms & Events
• Scanning (WITS Outstation)
• Supply.
• Vendor Health Check Statuses

 

After ClearSCADA has first communicated with the Field Device:

• The Health Check Status attribute shows the date and time that the Field Device last reported the health check status information.
• The Status display shows the status information on a separate line for each attribute.

 

When the status of a health check attribute changes, ClearSCADA may log the details in the Event Journal (if logging is enabled) (see Understand Events Lists in the ClearSCADA Guide to Lists). ClearSCADA may also raise an alarm (see Understand Alarms in the ClearSCADA Guide to Alarms and see Define the Severity for Health Check Logging).
